Your mind is the most powerful tool you have for the creation of good in your life, but if not used correctly, can also be the most destructive force in. Learn how to control your thoughts and be the person who can actively, consciously master your mind.
How do you master your mind techniques?
First step to control your mind power :
In today's world, we all know that our health is in a top priority. We all want to be healthy but unfortunately we don't know how to become healthy or might be you should know. If not then don't worry I'll help you to control your mind power and it will help you to achieve your fitness goal.
I think I knew the answer because I'm also on the same page. So let's begin.
First, we need to bring new habits in our daily life like 2 habits for coming 15 days. For instance, brushing our teeth daily in the night before sleep. Then, we need to rigid on these 2 habits. It's not so simple because on third or fifth day our mind make some delusions and will distract us from it. So, all time we need to remember that why we should start to make this habit and what are the benefits to do that ? Honestly, what I should do is, I skip that time when it's coming that today I'll not able to brush my teeth and am doing some thing which I like the most and after some time my mind is energetic and ready to do which I want him to do for brushing.
Moving further, this is my technique which I learn from my experience of reading books to control my mind and you should also try that. It's absolutely working and will strong up our mind as well. So, it's the training for our mind and this is the basics to be fit in our life. Because we start doing exercise but we never be on it for long time. So, from this basic we can keep on track and will achieve our goal. I know it's a long way but listen, this is the only way to conquer our mind and will achieve in life whatever we want to.
However, we need to start from a very little and makes it a habit and going on with it.
How can I control my feelings and thoughts?
Second step to control your mind power :
As we going on in our life we'll find new questions and answers of it. But what we can do to get answers of these questions ?
No worries, I'll help you with that.
First, we need to know that the main part of our body is our mind. So, each and every day we need to train our mind because it will not tired as it's keep on thinking from the day one of our life so, we can train it daily without any problem. We just need to start it from the very little.
Lay down in your bed before sleep and keep your eyes closed and feel your breath. You'll have many things in your mind at that time and mind will start thinking of them. We just need to be focus on our breath and if you want then can start counting your breath like for 100 times. In between mind will distract you with thoughts of the day but don't worry and don't panic at that moment. Just keep breathing and resume your focus on breath till reaches to 100. Day by day increase 10 seconds and you'll find result in first 2 days of it. One can go far with it as long as can and it'll help to get deep sleep and one can feel energetic in the morning.
Furthermore, it will help to make stronger bond of the neurons in a brain.
This is a technique I'm using from the last 2 years and find it helpful. I hope it'll helpful for you guys as well.
How can I control my mind from negative thoughts?
Third step to control your mind power :
Today, I'll help you with the third and easy way to control your mind. As we all know that the mind is a part of our body which controls all the parts of the body and we can it as a boss of our all physical actions, however, it controls our emotions too. So we need to get rid of our silly emotions sometime. Here are some new ways to do that.
First we need to get proper sleep so that our mind will not be lazy all the time in a day plus we need to drink water by sip throughout the day which will help to keep oxygen in our body. These two things can help to get active all the day.
Do you know that our mind need a food to eat as well for its strength ?
Yes, its absolutely correct. Our mind needs a food to work properly. We need to add good fat in our daily routine with nuts like almonds, cashews according to the seasonal approach and coconut is a good source of power house for our mind. It keeps it cool and helps to get nourish the neurons in our mind.
Like as earlier we discussed about some exercise for the brain so as we have some food for its strength after exercise. I hope it will help you to know your brain well. Because in order to control your brain the main point is that you have to know that how your mind works and you have to observe your mind all the day and then you can take action to control it and I assure you that you can do it.

If we can continue our any activity for 21 days.. The thing gragually becomes our own habit.. There r two possibilities. First is when we say that we r going to do this.. This sentence has determination it self and does not required any reason. Second i will or i want to do this, in this condition u r reasonable to ur mind.. So, its completely our choice to chose the way.
